SalonGo may use OTP verification for appointment check-in and fraud prevention. Users must provide valid OTP at the salon during arrival.

• Remaining payment may be collected directly at the salon

7. Salon Responsibility

Salon partners are responsible for:

• Hygiene standards

• Correct pricing and service information

SalonGo is not directly responsible for salon-side service quality issues.

8. Platform Rights

SalonGo reserves the right to:

• Suspend accounts involved in misuse
• Remove fraudulent salons or users
• Modify platform features or policies
• Refuse service in cases of policy violation

9. Limitation of Liability

SalonGo is not liable for:

• Salon-side disputes
• Delays caused by external factors
• Internet or technical interruptions
• Indirect damages resulting from service usage

10. Intellectual Property

All platform branding, logos, designs, and content related to SalonGo remain the property of SalonGo unless otherwise stated.
